A universal combination tilt bracket, flash and umbrella holder. Swivels back and forth up to 80 degrees, it locks securely in place with a spring-equipped ratchet-action handle. Perfect for mounting an umbrella and holding a flash. The swivel holder mounts on stands or accessories with 1/4 inch or 3/8 inch threads or studs up to 5/8 inch diameter.
