Description
Conveyors tape low-profile in a pipe are intended for unloading of grain from cars hoppers, granaries, grain stores, etc. Model high compactness, reliability and productivity, a minimum of costs of service and power consumption distinguishes. Compactness of the vehicle allows to be operated to one operator.
Advantage of conveyors in a pipe is that due to turning of the conveyer belt in a pipe and high speed of the movement of the conveyer belt, productivity of an overload of the transported material increases. The conveyor tape low-profile in a pipe consists of a loading tray, inclined intermediate section with an adjustable support on wheels, unloading section with an unloading casing and the drive.
The low-profile loading tray falls by means of the lever of the discharger installed on the case, before installation under the car hopper and rises after its installation in the place of an overload of material. Then the drive of the discharger turns on and the material overload is made. Height and a tilt angle of the conveyor is carried out by adjustment of wheels.
