Republic Special (1st Class Flour)

Description: Flour milled from high protein quality wheat. Bleached and fortified with Vitamin A and Iron. It is mainly used for yeast-leavened bread or other bread type products.

Packing Size: Packed in polypropylene or cotton bag at 25 kg net weight.

Appearance/Color: Off-white to creamy white fine powder, free from lumps, foreign material and infestation.

Odor/Flavor: Normal characteristics of flour, no off odor and flavor.

Application:Suitable for yeast leaved bread type product like tasty loaf bread, cream breads, roll, buns, pandesal. It can also be used for breading, gravies and noodle products.
