Twin-Wall Polycarbonate is the modern and world class skylight roofing used by Street Overpass and Building Overpass. Shopping mall skylights uses Polycarbonate panels in order to save electricity because it transmits sunlight while deflecting the heat of the sun. Use it for home improvement projects like window replacements, shower enclosures, greenhouses, partitions, light covers, patio covers, carports, windbreaks. Use it in greenhouse coverings and garden nurseries where good thermal insulation is necessary together with high light transmission. Why use polycarbonate? It is lightweight, it is just 1/8 the weight of glass. Twin-Wall panels are self-supporting and do not require extensive structural support. It is highly flexible. Twin-Wall panels can be cold formed to many bending radii and can be fabricated on site to precise dimensions. It is virtually unbreakable. Able to stand extreme abuse, its impact strength is 250 times greater than glass and 10 times greater than acrylic. It has excellent sound abatement properties. Moreover, it saves energy. The twin-wall construction gives excellent thermal insulating values while blocking UV transmission. It's available in transparent clear, bronze, opaque, green, blue, red colors. 4mm to 10mm thick. 3x8 feet to 7x19 feet or customized long span length.
