Definition: Monovarietal rosé wine.
Alcohol content: 13.5% Alc. /Vol.
Type of wine: Rosé wine from Tierra de Extremadura.
Type of grape: Cabernet Sauvignon.
Production: Made with bud musts and selected yeasts. Macerated for four days. Fermentation controlled at 20º C. It is bottled quickly to preserve the light character given by the carbonic fermentation.
Tasting notes: Bright and clean, with a predominance of lovely raspberry colours and violet undertones. Intense aromas of fruit with tones of roses and raspberries. A smooth and elegant palate - fresh, fruity, intense and very long.
Suggestions for consumption: Ideal with pasta, rice, poultry, pâté and grilled fish. Serve between 8º and 10 º C.
