G02 fabric wrist band

One of the best designed ESD products in the market today, the G02 fabric band ensures every operator’s safety while in use. For example, the G02 fabric band can be adjusted without the ‘tail’ that has proven dangerous to the operator. We have combined our patented crochet fabric, jewellery grade stainless steel parts and a unique adjustable buckle all in one item to make it a truly innovative product. As a very special feature, the G02 fabric band can be used as a hypoallergenic or anti-allergic band in countries with dry climates to protect users who are sensitive to certain alloys. There are two different ways to wear the fabric band (see the pictures below) so now everybody in your facility can wear it. Most allergies are caused by contact between the skin and nickel which is often found in stainless steel parts. APS uses only jewelery grade stainless steel and this helps minimize allergies but there are still some ultra-sensitive sufferers. To help them, we have designed a band where the fabric covers the metal part so there is no contact with the skin, and this has no adverse effects on the conductive properties of the fabric band. For those without allergies, the very same fabric band can be worn in the more conventional way also. The patented crochet process used for all our fabric wrist bands ensures that the outer surface of the band remains insulated at all times and lends 99% contact between the conductive yarn and the user’s skin.
