It was invented in The Philippines by a company that has invested many years of intensive research and experimentation devoted to cladding.FRAS is a silicate-based film that is chemically activated, reinforced with fiber and felon cloth for superior durability and strength. The outside covering is comprised of latex and elastomeric paint for waterproofing. It is easy to apply and is not prone to theft or pilferage.
