This service helps clients identify energy saving opportunities within their plant. Any investment on equipment to reduce electricity consumption will be paid by the savings generated. The process are as follows:
•Phase 1 - Energy Audit of Electric Motors and its Drive-Systems with the goal of energy efficiency improvement. a. Conduct energy audit (kW, V, I, & PF) on electric motors & vibration analysis for the whole system. b. Identify other areas that will help generate power independently c. Submission of Findings, Analysis, Recommendation, and Feasibility Study. •Phase 2 - Source out financing from banks or investors through the assistance of International Copper Association SEA or CTIPFAN •Phase 3 - Project Implementation by new entity. •Phase 4 - Monitoring the Success of the Project Client to provide the list of motors and its drive systems and tools and instruments used for maintenance.Contact the seller
