Description
This product is formed by a mix of our very own special coconut blend and well selected vegetable oil. This deep frying fat has a high smoke point and better stability in frying temperature (160-180C°) and leaves no oil residue on the fried food. It also helps maintain the freshness of the fried product and enhances its taste and aroma, giving that golden crispy look that you always wanted.
Best for: deep frying potato fries, chicken, tortillas, chips, fish fillets and other deep fried foods
