Recommended for baked products which uses baking powder as leavening agent.
The recommended usage level is 0.3 % base on flour weight or 75 grams per 25-kg bag of flour.
Note: A maximum usage of 0.3 % is recommended, however, usage may depend on how long the cake is expected to last.
Caution: An after -taste may develop if usage exceeds 0.5 %.
