Conveyors bezrolikovy tape stationary (drag harrows) - are intended for horizontal or inclined movement of grain and products of its processing.

The Bezrolikovy conveyor has top no rolikoopor, the top branch of a tape slides according to a special leaf from metal or metalplastic with low coefficient of friction. Such way of transportation of grain and products of its processing provides the most careful movement at which damage of the transported product is practically absent. Calculation of the drive is made taking into account specific features of operation of the conveyor and features of the transported freight - his tendency of sticking to a tape and a leaf of sliding.

The working branch of a tape bends around driving and tension drums and is supported from sagging by a metal concave or direct leaf.

Raw materials through a reception branch pipe get on the rubberized tape which moves on a metal trench towards the driving station behind which the vygruzochny branch pipe is located. The single branch of a tape is supported by a bottom of a box and special spherical or trapezoid trenches.

The conveyor of production of our enterprise have an additional roller for ensuring the smallest sagging and maintenance of a single branch of a transport tape.

The conveyor can be executed both horizontal, and to inclined planes. The greatest tilt angle of the conveyor on the route 15 °. The design of the conveyor allows to establish different quantity of points of additional loading which quantity and the place of installation determine by the graphic specification of the customer.
