Atras Avante Feed Dispenser

The Atras-Avante Feed Dispenser can feed the chickens in the cages and at the same time collect the eggs. This machine can minimize cost because it can save labor by being able to feed the whole house of chickens in 5 minutes unlike before that requires at least 45 minutes for feeding. Atras-Avante Feed dispenser has two (2) traveling feed bins mounted on a trolley. The bins are on a cantilever structure with a rotary conveyor and agitator inside for easy dispensing of feed. Each bin has three spouts that empty direct to the feed troughs of the 6 lines of layer cages on a 3 tier pyramid thru a plastic tube with free moving receptacles. The trolley is provided with four metal wheels with sealed bearing encasement and travels on the metal rails (pair) mounted on top of the lowest tier of the pyramidal cages. One of the wheels is with a sprocket and chain interconnected to rotate the conveyor and agitator as the trolley is being pushed. The trolley is very light to push and it delivers a calibrated amount of feed for every four linear inches of the cage (35-40 gms. Of feed / 4 linear inches x 3 times feeding).
